There are two options for submitting your application online.  The first option is to 1)complete the application online 2)print the finished application 3)then scan the application 4) attach the scan to an e-mail and send it back.

The second option would be to;

1) complete the application online and select print 

 

When your print manager comes up, hit the down arrow next to the default printer

 

 

You should see a couple of options in the drop down menu.  You are looking for a printer that prints the document as an image.

 

 

After you select the printer, click O.K. and you will be asked where you want to save the file.

 

 

 

Once you have saved the file, remember what you called it then attach it to an e-mail and send it.
